1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using E-CampusBridge ("the Service"), the official software product and brand of Bihar Skill Foundation (Proprietor: Brijbhan Kumar) ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

E-CampusBridge is a school management SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides schools with tools for managing student information, fees, attendance, staff payroll, transport, academics, exams, library, hostel, and other administrative functions. The Service is available via our website (https://www.ecampusbridge.online) and native Android application.

3. Account Registration

• Schools must register with accurate and complete information.
• Each school is assigned a unique slug/code for portal access.
• School administrators are responsible for all user accounts created under their institution.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Payment

• E-CampusBridge offers tiered subscription plans based on school size (number of students).
• Starter Plan: Up to 300 students — ₹12,000/year flat fee.
• Growth Plan: 300–1000 students — ₹120 per student per year.
• Elite Plan: 1000+ students — ₹300 per student per year.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful content to the platform.

6. Data Ownership

Schools retain full ownership of all data they input into E-CampusBridge. We act as a data processor and do not claim ownership over school, student, or staff data. Schools may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting ecampusbridge@gmail.com.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bihar Skill Foundation and E-CampusBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, logos, and branding associated with E-CampusBridge are the intellectual property of Bihar Skill Foundation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written consent.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
